Visit of the High-Ranking Delegation of the Kingdom of Thailand

11 March 2019 - Within the "Rule of Law for Democracy" study visit, a delegation of high ranking officials and executives of the Kingdom of Thailand visited the Constitutional Court today. Dr Teodor Antić, Secretary General of the Court, received the delegation headed by Dr Nurak Marpraneet, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, and introduced them in the functioning and operations of our Court. The Thai officials were particularly interested to hear about the procedure for election of our judges, which differs from their procedure under which the Thai Constitutional Court judges are appointed by the King on the proposal of the Parliament.

CONSTITUTIONAL COMPLAINTS - INSTRUCTIONS
A large number of constitutional complaints are filed by the applicants themselves, without a representative. These submissions, as well as many other constitutional complaints, very often do not meet the requirements for filing a constitutional complaint set out in the Constitutional Act on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia.

In order to provide assistance to everyone - whether they are the applicants of a constitutional complaint or their representatives - on these pages of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia you can obtain a free form for a constitutional complaint, as well as detailed instructions for completing it.
