23 March 2026 - As a part of the OSCE Project support, a five-member delegation of judges from the Constitutional Court of Ukraine visited our Court from 19 to 20 March 2026 to get acquainted with the jurisprudence of the Croatian Constitutional Court in the context of war and post-war development. The judges also addressed the most important decisions of both Courts. Following the meetings with the judges, the Ukrainian delegation also participated in working meetings at the level of the General Secretariat, to gain insight into the functioning and case management system of our Court, as well as the role of Constitutional Court advisors in judicial decision-making. The Ukrainian delegation, comprising Vasyl Lemak, Judge and Head of Delegation, Judges Viktor Gorodovenko, Alla Oliinyk, Galyna Yurovska and Head of the International Cooperation Division Iryna Shevchenko, was accompanied by Dmytro Mazurok and Dmytro Melnyk, senior OSCE Project Support Managers.
