11 June 2018 - Invited by Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, headed by President Dr Jadranka Sovdat, came to a two-day official working visit held on 7 and 8 June 2018 in Pula.
At these traditional working meetings of the two Courts, continuously held since 1984, the judges address different issues of common interest related to constitutional judiciary. This time the topic was dedicated to relation between a Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, with special emphasize on the mechanism in Article 267 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union as a channel for judicial dialogue.
