17 October 2025 - A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo paid a return working and official visit to Zagreb from 15 to 17 October 2025. The Kosovo delegation included: Nexhmi Rexhepi, MSc, President; Safet Hoxha, MSc, Deputy President; and Judges Bajram Ljatifi, Enver Peci and Prof. Dr Remzije Istrefi-Peci.

At the working meeting held at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, the judges of the Croatian and Kosovo Constitutional Courts discussed electoral disputes (in particular, voting from abroad), and about the length of judicial proceedings and the standards developed by the Croatian Constitutional Court in this regard.

This visit continues the bilateral cooperation between the two Courts, which was established in 2018.
