29 November 2024 - as a part of the OSCE Support Project, a five-member-delegation of advisors from the Constitutional Court of Ukraine came to our Court for a two-day visit to learn about our practice in dealing with constitutional complaints and the protection of constitutional rights in the conditions of a military conflict and after its end. They also talked about how we apply EU law and the European Union acquis. The Ukrainian delegation consisted of advisors Volodymyr Kochyn, Tetiana Blashchuk, Makar Marchuk, Alona Melnykovych and Head of the International Cooperation Division Iryna Shevchenko, while the OSCE was represented by Oleksandr Vodiannikov, Senior Project Associate of the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine and Dmytro Melnyk, Senior Project Assistant, Project "Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice" of the OSCE Support Program.
