26 November 2010 - Invited by Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, Dr Milan Marković, President of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro and Ms Desanka Lopičić, Judge paid a working visit to the Republic of Croatia from 24 to 26 March 2010. At the several working meetings held during their stay in Zagreb the Croatian and Montenegrin judges discussed the organisation and problems of the constitutional judiciary in the two countries, particularly with regard to the individual protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms through the institute of constitutional complaint. Judges of both Courts expressed a wish for the two Courts to establish regular bilateral cooperation on yearly bases, which would consequently commence next year.
