7 July 2011 - Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia held, as an international legal expert, a presentation of the Report on the application and efficiency of constitutional complaint in Montenegro within the meaning of Article 13 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which was prepared within the Project of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. In her introductory presentation Professor Omejec addressed the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, advisors and judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro and explained the final recommendations in the Report. On the position of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro and on the rule of law in this country President Omejec also spoke with Mr Duško Marković, Vice-president of the Government and Minister of Justice of Montenegro, who received her together with Mr Sarunas Adomavicius, Ambassador of OSCE in Montenegro.
