11 November 2025 - At the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of Austria, Prof Christoph Grabenwarter, a delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, led by its President, Prof Frane Staničić, paid a return working visit to Austria from 10 to 11 November. The delegation also included Deputy President Dr Mato Arlović and Judge Sanja Bezbradica Jelavić. During the official discussions, the judges from both courts exchanged views on two topics: the protection of national minorities and the relationship between civil law and the constitution. President Prof Christoph Grabenwarter, Deputy President Prof Verena Madner, and Judges Prof Georg Lienbacher and Stefan Perner participated in the discussions on behalf of the Austrian Court. This visit continued the bilateral cooperation between the two courts, established in 1992.
