15 March 2010 - Professor Dr Jasna Omejec, President together with Justices of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia received today Dr Nina Vajić, Judge of the European Court of Human Rights elected in respect of the Republic of Croatia. They discussed the conclusions of the Conference on the Future of the European Court held in Interlaken (Switzerland) in February 2010; changes that entering into force of Protocol No 14 on 1 June 2010 will bring to the European Court and the framework situation with the cases from Croatia before that Court. They also addressed the European Court of Human Rights approach to the principle of equality before the law (Article 14.2 of the Croatian Constitution).
