3 October 2010 - in the framework of the Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe of "the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia", in the organisation of the Macedonian Ministry of Justice and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, the international conference on the principle of subsidiarity and the integration of the European Court of Human Rights jurisprudence in the national law and judicial practice was held in Skopje from 1 to 2 October 2010. On this occasion, invited by the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Court held an expert lecture on "Ways and Means to Recognise the Interpretative Authority of Judgements Against other States - The Experience of the Constitutional Court of Croatia".
