25 February 2021 - The Croatian Constitutional Court took part in the XVIIIth Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts which was this year held on-line due to the pandemic. The participants, representatives of forty member states, representatives of the Council of Europe and the EU deliberated on the relationship of international, supranational and national catalogues of human rights and fundamental freedoms in 21st century. Dr Snježana Bagić, Deputy President of Croatian Constitutional Court, gave one of the lectures under the III Session, and she addressed the right to freedom of expression in the jurisprudence of the Croatian Constitutional Court.
The Congress was organised by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, and after the last session the chairmanship was handed over to the Constitutional Court of Moldova.
