2 October 2015 - Invited by Miroslav Mozetič, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, the judges of the Croatian Constitutional Court, led by Professor Dr Jasna Omejec, President, have been in an official and working meeting to Slovenia held today in Logar Valley.
At these working meetings, which have been uninterruptedly held for more than 30 years, the judges exchange views on the most recent topics of constitutional jurisprudence. This year they addressed constitutional aspects of the private and public purpose of the Supreme Court. Furthermore, the judges talked about the most recent decisions of both courts thereby contributing to a debate on the course of development of constitutional judiciary in the two states.
