8 April 2015 - within an educational program in which they acquire information on European legal systems, members of the Magister JFT association of law students of the Tilburg University visited the Croatian Constitutional Court. Judge Dr Snježana Bagić, Deputy President, who received the students, introduced them in the workings, organisation and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court as well as in the particularities of the Croatian constitutional judiciary. They also talked about the application of the European Convention for Human Rights and discussed about the differences between the two legal systems.
The Tilburg University, situated in the south of the Netherlands, in the province of North Barbant, was established in 1927, and since then carries out educational programs in the social sciences, including economics, law, psychology, sociology and humanities.
