8 June 2017 - Invited by Dr Jadranka Sovdat, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, led by Dr Miroslav Šeparović, have today been in a working and official visit to the Republic of Slovenia in Divača, Škocjanske Jame Park.
At these working meetings of the two Constitutional Courts, held continuously for more than 25 years, the judges exchange views on the most recent topics of constitutional jurisprudence. This year they talked about constitutional control of adjudication, i.e. about the institute of constitutional complaint as an indicator of the quality of adjudication of regular courts. They also discussed our recent decision related to the review of constitutionality of the Act on medical measures to implement the right to a free decision regarding the birth of children.
