11 - 13 November 2010 - President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, Dr. Bosa Nenadić together with Judges Professor Dr. Agneš Kartag-Odri and Mr. Predrag Ćetković, was, from 11 to 13 November 2010, in the return working and official visit to our country. The visit included several official meetings - with Professor Dr. Ivo Josipović, President of the Republic and Ms. Željka Antunović, Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament. At the working meeting, held on 12 November, the judges of the Serbian and Croatian Constitutional Courts exchanged experiences in relation to the organisation of constitutional judiciary in the two countries. They particularly discussed the issues related to the individual protection of human rights in the proceedings instituted by a constitutional complaint. This institute was introduced in Serbia in the 2006 Amendments to the Constitution, but in practice it started to be applied only in 2008. They also addressed the failures in the normative regulation of this institute and the problems attached. The members of both Courts concluded that this visit will not only deepen the relations between the two Courts, but also between Serbia and Croatia. To that respect they emphasised that the judges should meet every year, and that therefore the host of the next meeting will be the Constitutional Court of Serbia in 2011.
