4 November 2015 - Deputy President Dr Snježana Bagić and Secretary General Dr Teodor Antić received today Mr. Stefan Krause, Head and Ms Merce Castells Vicente, Legal analyst of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission to the Republic of Croatia with their assistants. They discussed the role of the Constitutional Court in electoral process in Croatia and current issues related to the electoral process that fall within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court. Given that number of electoral disputes has been decreasing with each elections, it is to be presumed that the electoral system has developed and stabilised over time, and no different trend is expected in the forthcoming elections despite the recent changes in the electoral legislation.
