15 May 2009 - Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Court, held a lecture today on the role of the Croatian Constitutional Court in the protection of human rights at the Seminar organised for the monitors and law students who observe court proceedings related to war crimes in the Republic of Croatia. The Seminar was organised by the Civil Committee for Human Rights, Documenta and the Center for Peace, Nonviolence and Human Rights from Osijek. In the lecture she addressed the sources of constitutional judiciary in general, the competencies of the Croatian Constitutional Court and main problems of the present constitutional judiciary in Croatia.
