10 June 2024 - At the invitation of Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President of the Croatian Constitutional Court, the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, led by President Dr Matej Accetto, came to Opatija for an official working visit on 6 and 7 June 2024.

During these traditional working meetings of the two courts, which have been held continuously since 1984, the judges deal with various issues of common interest related to constitutional judiciary. This time, the topic was dedicated to the application of EU law, and the judges analysed the most important decisions of the two courts from the past period. The expert discussions on constitutional dilemmas and important questions that took place again this time confirmed the importance of these professional meetings, where not only various aspects of the constitutional law but also good practices are presented.
