7 October 2020 - At the Chair of Commercial Law of the Rijeka Faculty of Law Ms Helena Olivari, Senior Constitutional Court Adviser at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, held introductory lecture to students attending the Clinic for Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Labour Law.

She addressed corporate law in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia with special emphasis on the review of the conformity with the Constitution of the Act on Emergency Administration in Companies of Systemic Importance for the Republic of Croatia (OG 32/17).
