30 October 2017 - Mr. Cho Yongho, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea with associates paid a visit to the Constitutional Court where he was received by Deputy-president Dr Snježana Bagić. During the meeting the judges addressed several constitutional issues, in particular those related to the institute of constitutional complaint which also exists in the Republic of Korea. They also spoke about the jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court in elections given that the Korean Court does not have such competence. Both sides expressed a wish for their Courts to establish closer bilateral cooperation.
