7 December 2007 - at the first session held after the expiration of the term of office of the President and eight Judges, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia delivered a decision appointing Judge Prof. Željko Potočnjak as the Acting President of the Court. Pursuant to the Decision Prof. Potočnjak shall carry out the duty of the Acting President until the three missing judges will be elected to the Court and the total composition of the Court be completed.
