6 July 2012 - a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia composed of: Snježana Bagić, Deputy president and Judges Dr Marko Babić and Miroslav Šeparović participated in the Round Table of the Regional Constitutional Courts, held in Sremski Karlovci, Republic of Serbia from 5-7 July 2012. Representatives of the Constitutional Courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, and Croatia as well as a representative of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation addressed issues related to the impact and implementation of constitutional court decisions. The conclusion was that all regional Constitutional Courts have too broad jurisdiction that prevents them from realising their core function of the guardian of the highest constitutional values. Nevertheless, each Court has to secure, by the force of its authority, the implementation of its respective decisions, and that the level of implementation of its decisions shows the level of realisation of the rule of law and democracy in the state.
