4  February 2016 - H. E. Kamil Khasiyev, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Croatia, visited today the Croatian Constitutional Court where he was received by Professor Dr Jasna Omejec, President and Dr Teodor Antić, Secretary General of the Court. Ambassador Khasiyev was interested to hear about the operations and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court, and particular emphasis was put on our jurisdiction related to the review of constitutionality of laws and the way this procedure is carried out. Both sides agreed that the two countries have plenty in common and emphasised their excellent political and economic ties.

Ambassador Khasiyev presented his credentials in November 2010.
