Memorial evening in honour of Mladen Žuvela

1 August 2022 - An evening to remember and celebrate the life of the late Mladen Žuvela, outstanding Croatian jurist and former Judge of the Croatian Constitutional Court, was held today in his native town Blato. To mark the publication of a book "Liber Amicorum Mladen Žuvela - A life devoted to the rule of law", the Matica Hrvatska branch in Blato invited Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President of the Croatian Constitutional Court, Dr Snježana Bagić, Deputy President of the Constitutional Court and Professor Petar Bačić from the Split Faculty of Law to speak about Žuvela's life and achievements as well as about the Liber Amicorum itself. The book was published on the initiative of the Zlatko Crnić Foundation, established in 1993, among others, also by Mladen Žuvela. To honour his dedicated work in promoting the law and legal excellence, as well as his social engagements in the Foundation, which he successfully led from the very beginning, the authors, exquisite jurists themselves, contributed to preserving the memory of this great humanist and jurist.

CONSTITUTIONAL COMPLAINTS - INSTRUCTIONS
A large number of constitutional complaints are filed by the applicants themselves, without a representative. These submissions, as well as many other constitutional complaints, very often do not meet the requirements for filing a constitutional complaint set out in the Constitutional Act on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia.

In order to provide assistance to everyone - whether they are the applicants of a constitutional complaint or their representatives - on these pages of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia you can obtain a free form for a constitutional complaint, as well as detailed instructions for completing it.
